The FDA generally advises against wearing contact lenses in water because of infection risk. However, many athletes do choose to wear contact lenses for water activities.
ALTIUS® lenses are single-use daily disposables, which lowers risk compared to reusable lenses when used as directed. Our lenses provide 100% UV protection, >99% Blue Light filtration, and engineered tints that enhance clarity and comfort on the water.
Important: Water exposure while wearing contact lenses may cause serious eye infections. Use at your own risk. Consult your eye care professional before water activities. Always discard ALTIUS® lenses immediately after water exposure. Never reuse them.

For those with normal color vision, ALTIUS Contact Lenses work well in daytime driving conditions. You may feel more relaxed, especially with the harsh glare and challenging shadows of autumn. ALTIUS Contact Lenses should not be used for night driving.
Always check with your eye doctor before operating a vehicle with tinted eyewear or contact lenses.
