Game changing and I love them! I took pop flies as a catcher and could actually see the ball when usually I take off my mask and have a hard time looking into the sun.
I expected athletes to have the light mitigating benefits of the tint, but I didn’t expect the enhanced visual acuity that has been provided for many of my plano (non-correction) athletes.
I can tell you that they work great. I am able to look into the direction of the sun and not have any issues. I can see the curve of the waves better and what is under water better since the reflection of the water is blunted.
These lenses reduce my recovery time after the ball crosses in front of the sun making it easier to track the ball. The sun can effect service because of that delayed response time.
Reduced pain in my eyes and sensitivity to light; allowed me to pass and play without squinting. I could see the ball/players even when they were in direct sunlight.
These lenses are the best thing that has ever happened to my game.
