(PVTI) is formed and creates a development agreement with specialty lens manufacturer Vizion Focus, Inc.  ALTIUS Performance-Tinted Contact Lenses are developed and manufactured under strict regulatory guidelines.  ALTIUS product is ready for market and PVTI receives FDA approval to distribute the lenses in the United States.
